IVT-03

Type IVT-03 is a butterfly valve with an inflatable seat. This valve
is specially designed for sticky and abrasive media. Friction between
butterfly disc and soft seat is minimalised by giving enough tolerance.
Included is the control-unit used for inflating the seat around the disc
as also deflating before opening the valve. Applications were
vacuum/overpressure 100% shut-off are needed the IVT-03 is a solution.
an additional advantage of inflating the seat is the self cleaning,
which occurs by the movement of the seat. Opening and closing time are
regulated by the control-unit. This valve is delivered with a pneumatic
actuator, solenoid valve and switchbox with open/close indication. |
